北京赛博思金属结构工程有限责任公司，成立于1995年，总部设在北京经济技术开发区。公司主要从事钢结构住宅建筑体系以及其它钢结构建筑技术的研究开发、设计、制造、施工等业务。下设北京赛博思钢结构设计研究院（综合设计乙级资质、钢结构专项设计资质），钢结构建筑系统工程技术研究中心，钢结构建筑施工公司，钢结构建筑房屋生产厂。在北京、武汉等地设有参股和全资公司。1999年2002年，完成产值人民币10亿元，利税人民币8000万元。其中2002年，完成产值人民币3亿元。
